Usage & Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site. These services may collect:

• Pages visited, time on page, and navigation paths
• Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Approximate geographic location (city/region level)
• Anonymized interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movements (Clarity)

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are anonymized and do not capture keystrokes in form fields.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Suncoast Leads is a lead generation platform. Contact information sourced from public local projects — such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers — may be displayed to other customers on the platform as part of the service. This data originates from publicly available project filings and is enriched using automated processes.

• We never sell your personal account data to third parties
• We never share your account data with third parties for their own marketing purposes
• We never serve targeted advertisements based on your personal information

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

In addition to displaying publicly sourced lead data to customers on the platform, we share data with service providers that help us operate:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replay and heatmaps
• Stripe — payment processing (if applicable)

These providers only process data on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity default retention periods (typically 14–26 months). If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls limited to authorized personnel.
